Delegate Registration Fees

Early Registration : $500 Cdn. (by July 19, 1996)
Full Registration : $600 Cdn. (after July 19, 1996)
On-site Registration : $700 Cdn.
Spouse and Student Registration : $100 Cdn.

Conference Registration includes: attendance at the conference; coffee and tea during the breaks; welcoming cocktail on Tuesday; conference banquet on Thursday; and the conference proceedings.

Spouse and Student Registration includes attendance at the conference only.

Complete the registration form and send it with your certified cheque or credit card authorization to the Conference Secretariat.
 

Registration and Cancellation Policies

1. Payment in Canadian funds by certified cheque or credit card must accompany your registration form. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
2. Cancellations and/or substitutions must be made in writing. For cancellations received before Tuesday September 3, 1996 the charge will be 50% and all refunds will be processed after the conference.
